We work with WAKILNI for deliveries within Lebanon, and with ARAMEX for international orders.
Domestic deliveries take from 2 to 5 days and 5 to 13 days for overseas orders depending on the location.
Orders shipped worldwide may be subject to custom or import fees. ORA BIJOUX is not responsible for extra charges related to customs and taxes in various countries.
In addition, deliveries are dependant to import regulations of the destination country that can frequently change, causing delays and/or additional charges.
We take reasonable steps to comply with general world shipping standards,
ORA BIJOUX may not know the details of additional custom taxes or duties or if any specific item is prohibited or can be confiscated by the receiving country.
*All custom fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with overseas purchases are the responsibility of the customer.
CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER
You may change or cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it; please contact us immediately. We ship orders quickly. Once your order is processed, we can not cancel it.
ORDER SHIPPING NOTIFICATION
Once you confirm your order, you receive a dispatch confirmation e-mail from ORA BIJOUX containing the tracking number. This will inform you that your order has been shipped and is on its way. Kindly note that it might take few hours for the tracking information to be updated.

EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY:
- Exchange is only possible within 3 days of receiving the item(s). Unfortunately, we cannot exchange any item after that period.
- To be eligible for exchange, your item must be UNUSED and in the same condition that you received it, it must be also in the original packaging with the barcode ticket attached.
- To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item that isn’t in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for any reason, is not eligible for any exchange.
NO REFUND IS APPLICABLE once Item is shipped.
- Items ON SALE, special promotion or Clearance CANNOT BE EXCHANGED.

Our products are mainly made of brass 18 CT gold plated with triple A Zirconia stones. All the raw materials used like metal, cords, leather, threads are of high quality and the finishing is of high end. The items are not guaranteed. To ensure longevity of your purchased item(s), you have to avoid direct contact with any kind of chemicals, perfumes and sanitizers, as they can tarnish the products or cause the color to fade. We have made every effort to display the product as accurately as possible. Please note that the colors displayed by your monitor/screen may differ from the real life colors of the item(s).
Certain products maybe available exclusively online through the website. These items may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our RETURN POLICY.
